Because of Cirque de la Lune, Artemis has permanently changed totems, what changes well as you can see, he has an actual body now. He's still dead but less dead than before. His body is a bit warmer than before and animals seem to hate him less as well, not to mention his own senses were better than they were before.

Personality: Artemis is a walking contradiction. In general he is a rather gentle person, soft spoken and willing to please others if he can. At certain times, over certain subjects, he can be admonishing, and, by some, might even be seen as cruel, but these times are far between. Over most subjects Artemis is quite willing to go with whatever is happening, floating along as the world changes around him. On certain core subjects he is unbending, pigheaded, and unwilling to change his own believes. The ghost is quite childish as his drive to explore and interact with people is to know what makes them tick, figure them out like a puzzle, or better said- uncover their mechanics as if they are a clock. Then again, he is rather oblivious to certain things: how some of his actions may unnerve people or when it comes to something romantic in nature. The ghost knows how to defend himself, but will rather flee himself or scare his adversaries away (threatening that he’ll hex and put a curse on them) rather than attack them, that is not to say that if needed he won’t make someone unable to move; he is capable of doing so but prefers not. He is not used to the kindness of others and would act as if this is an anomaly; he will develop an interest in that person as he wants to know why he/she acts that way. :new: However because of the events that happened in the year that he lived in Raccalto the ghost has accepted that others enjoy his company and is much happier than before.

History: When he was still living, Artemis was an Absol, and with that came the social stigma of him bringing bad luck wherever he went. He was a social outcast, and spent most of his life wandering from one town to another before getting kicked out, either because of a natural disaster or several unfortunate accidents. He didn't exactly mind, more interested into seeing the wide world, sensing the feel of certain places and observing how people lived. He knew that he himself did not cause bad luck but he had the ability to sense natural disasters. Even though he was not treated right, he did not grow bitter and vengeful at the world, instead he enjoying life whenever he could. One day he was walking up a mountain range and sensed that something will happen; he knew that there was a town at the base of this mountain. He just passed through it and rushed down to warn them, he succeeded, but in the following chaos that occurred Artemis was pushed away under falling boulders, a complete accident, an unknowing push and that was when his mortal life ended.

In death he became a Shuppet, coming out the void on Mt-Pyre. In his first years as an undead, the ghost learned many details of being a ghost, the finer points of their existence and the unspoken rules that comes with them from the elder ghosts on the mountain. Artemis also saw that his form was more ghastly and monstrous compared to the image of his peers. The ghost was secretly concerned about this, as it made some of peers react very badly but over time he had resigned to his fate. The ghost kept to himself and was almost obsessive into learning as much as he could about how the moon influences the appearance of ghosts. Apparently during his exit of the void there was a lunar eclipse, the ghost believed that could have caused his unnormal appearance. After a while the ghost gave up on his research and let it be.

Artemis does not remember anything of his past life but still felt imprints. Not memories but certain feelings, wisps of thoughts, almost like music that is just barely out of ear reach. The urge to wander was one of them and that remained with him in his undeath. It was the reason why he set out to once more, to explore the world. During his travels, he would settle down in several towns and cities for months or years before moving on once more. Most of the time he was avoided by others because of his ghastly look, yet this did not bother him too much. He felt at peace during those times, perfectly fine with floating by as the world changed around him, that is, until the urge to wander has risen once again. During one of his travels he had evolved during a skirmish with several bandits. His new look and renewed vigor had scared of the bandits as they dropped their loot. In those bags a single thing caught Artemis eyes, a small, non-descriptive doll with mesmerizing red buttons as eyes. He returned all of the stolen goods to the authorities, except for the small doll. He named the doll Echo and sewed parts of his own cloth onto her, making her into an image of a Banette.

Yet it seemed that his evolution was not all good. He had gained more power and a much better grasp over his ghostly abilities but with that he had also gained a lot of bad luck, fate being funny no doubt. Artemis didn't notice this at first, small accidents around him happened: someone tripping over his own feet and starting chain reaction, a flower pot falling on someone, him daydreaming and floating through someone, etc. Barely noticeable, yet sometimes it had devastating results. His visits to towns were getting shorter and shorter as Artemis was having a less and less warmer welcome during his stays. He no longer stayed in any town or city longer than necessary as his wanderings, once filled with the urge to explore became a ‘vacation’ of some sort. A vacation of what not even he knows.
Which made the ghost change in a small way. Artemis became lonely. On his self inflicted exhale from society he hunkered for contact. Any contact, to be accepted by who he is and he would do anything to get it. Which proved to be one of his worst mistakes he could have made. In a small unpeculiar town, not special and completely normal, the ghost met a Lopbunny. This particular female was bored by her life and hunkered for more. When he met the ghost she saw a chance and took it for all it was worth. The Lopbunny used Artemis and all of his abilities for her own gain. Over time she thought Artemis was less a person and far more a tool. Something that the ghost accepted over time. He was finally useful and found a purpose and he was accepted. Yet the Lopbunny grew more and more greedy before finally she crossed the line. In a series of actions, regarding the fate of the town Artemis snapped out of the small happiness he had and stopped the Lopbunny, turning both her and himself in to the local authorities. The results of his punishment were the many stitches you can see upon his form. When all was done the ghost left the town, the region, the country and never returned.

Over the years there were incidents, that wherever he came to a town, some people were getting into accidents. Later on during crime examinations, it came to light that these people, all were ones that did a major crime in their pasts. All of them died in such a way that it was impossible to pin the blame on anyone. All of them died via real accidents E.G. one such person tripped over a rolling bottle and fell through an open window yet Artemis was always in the area when such accidents happen. When he was being interrogated Artemis always replied with. “I am just someone on vacation.” Word quickly began to spread of a Mr. Black or Mss. Black from some people and rather quickly an urban myth came into existence. The Banette is completely oblivious of this and continues his traveling, uncertain why the welcome’s of others were getting downright frosty and even fearful. Some of them even resulted into violent actions against him. Artemis himself thinks that the reason for this was that he was plain unwelcome, because he is a ghost.

Over time, the Banette grew tired of wandering after many years of traveling and was looking for a place to settle down. Yet he did not feel that it was right for him to stay in any town nor city he had ever visited. In the new ones that he visited, he did not like the feel. He wondered if he would wander until the ends of times, trying to find a place that he could call home. That is until he heard of a series of island somewhere yonder. Artemis set out and came into Rapture Retreat, on this island he found a nice hill overlooking a rather large area. On top of that hill was a desolated, forsaken farm for sale. Yet the Ghost fell right at home at this old farm. He bought the place with the funds that he had and settled in.

Then came the problem what would he do as a living and for nutrition. As all ghosts the Banette feeds from the live energy, emotions from living beings. The ghost could do haunts but he felt wrong to terrorize the town solemnly for his own needs. Artemis then tried his hands at ranching, the ghost went to the local ranch and approached several animals, all of whom would directly flee, sensing danger from the ghost. It seems to him that the only logical thing for him to do is becoming a farmer. He could siphon the energy from his crops...And they will hopefully still come out okay.
The ghost however has no prior knowledge of the subject but has purchased a book on farming because of this.

:bulletblack: Artemis is quite childish in some aspects, he likes to look at dolls and play with them as if there is no one around.

Business information: Artemis finding that he's a horrible farmer changed his profession to a hiring agency for a butler. At the moment he is the only there. His business is located up a hill on Rapture Retreat. The hill is located between the largest lake and the ocean on the northern part of the island. For convenience, there is a small cobble road leading from the main path towards his farm, some large rocks with candles and top, are situated at random intervals at the sides of this road.
Surrounding his farm is a small, dense forest of bamboo stalks. Artemis does not use these stalks at all, they only serve as aesthetic, at night Artemis lights up balls of Will-O-Wisps over the large rocks, to help travels find his farm.
On top of the hill, overlooking the ocean and Rapture Retreat lays the actual business. In which Artemis tried his best to shape up.

Ability: Pressure, The Pokémon raises the foe's PP usage. Most of the time Artemis keeps his ability under wraps. Only when he tries to intimidate someone or in a fight does he let his control go.


▋Moveset:

:bulletpurple: Telekinesis: (Category: Status / Contest:) The user makes the target float with its psychic power. The target is easier to hit for three turns. With this new ability the ghost is able to make other people as well as object fly up in the air from afar.
:bulletblack: Will-O-Whisp:(Category: Status / Contest: Beauty) The user shoots a sinister, bluish white flame at the foe to inflict a burn. Artemis opens up his zipper and ghastly balls of fire appear out of his body, hovering in the air waiting for his commands. He mostly uses this move to make light at night or in places with low visibility, which in effect makes the area a more haunted look. Artemis is completely oblivious of this fact.
:bulletpurple: Dark Pulse : (Category: Special / Contest: Cool) The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. It may also make the target flinch. This new move is relatively weak, purely on will. Artemis could make the move stronger depending on how darker his thoughts are. When not in battle Artemis uses this move to freak people out during his haunts.
:bulletblack: Shadow Ball: (Category: Special / Contest: Smart) The user hurls a shadowy blob at the target. It may also lower the target’s Sp. Def stat. Artemis has yet to find another use for Shadow Ball out of battle, this does not mean that he doesn't experiment with the move

:bulletblack: Thunder Wave: When Natalie finally has to do something, with a lot of urging from Artemis she almost always uses Thunder Wave to paralyze her target and make it slower so she can slowly and lazily meander her way to it.
:bulletpurple: Rest: Rest is one of Natalie's favourite moves, because she likes napping.
:bulletblack: Substitute: When Natalie doesn't feel like playing with Artemis she uses substitute and wanders off to do her own thing, mostly nap somewhere warm.
